PORTFOLIO: NEW CONSTRUCTION
Based on their experience with high-end residential properties, Stylecraft was hired to coordinate design and construction for this expansive house. With a scope that included multiple kitchens and laundries, a conservatory, library, theatre and an elevator, the project posed a challenge in both size and complexity. Having begun as a tear-down of an existing property, this new home and pool house exemplify our team’s commitment to fine craftsmanship, as evidenced in the detailed woodwork and metal spiral staircase in the library, several stone fireplaces, and the intricate marble design in the master bath. Sustainable features such as geothermal, extremely high insulation and radiant floor heat complement innovative construction methods including a poured concrete subfloor, original design hardwood floor, and a pre-stressed slab full basement under the garage.
